At Postnify (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to provide high-quality social media automation services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund or cancel your subscription.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support@postnify.com.

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

No further charges will be applied after the cancellation date.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

a. First-time customers

If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.

b. Technical issues

If you experience service downtime or technical errors caused by Postnify that we cannot resolve within 72 hours, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.

c. Duplicate payments

If you are charged twice for the same subscription period, we will issue a full refund of the duplicate charge.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Partial months of service after the refund period has expired
  • Services interrupted or disabled due to violations of our Terms of Service
  • Non-usage of the service after payment

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at billing@postnify.com with:

  • Your account email
  • Payment reference or transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, typically taking 5–10 business days.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of Postnify after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
